gathering my homebrew equipment

It really hurts.

Why am I drinking jug-wine? Well, in addition to standard 5-gallon homebrew batches I am planning to have smaller, wilder ~1-gallon brews in the pipe bottle-line. While I already plan to be doing big, badass American Ales (Americaaaaa, fuck yeahhhhh) it makes sense financially and dump-risk-wise to attempt some of my crazy ideas at the small scale first.

Another plus, is that these batches may be more fiancee-friendly aka I may be able to brew them in the apartment versus at the ‘rents or elsewhere. *crossed fingers*
